This experience is a guided tour through the different authentic Mexican spirits, including mezcal, bacanora, raicilla, sotol, tequila, among others. All of this is accompanied by a menu prepared with heirloom corn and seasonal ingredients: quesadillas with various fillings such as huitlacoche, spinach, squash flower, cheese, as well as pork gorditas, tlacoyos, and salad made from ingredients found at the chinampas.
This is an experience for a group of up to 10 people.
